Instead of merely addressing symptoms, Empowered Health Innovations coaching emphasizes lifestyle modifications and preventive measures. This may include changes in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other habits that contribute to long-term health.

How often will I have coaching sessions?

We have two sets of coaching programs, a three month and a six month. For both programs, coaching is once a week using daily habits to keep you on track in between sessions.
